Quasi Gets A Home

Only there aren’t apparently any bells.  Ah well.  There’s now a SourceForge project for Quasi.  Plus a mailing list for it, so I don’t have to clog up numerous Python lists with blog entries about releases.  Oh, and 0.81 is out, including fancy new pushd and popd commands.  Enjoy.
